Frangipane

Homemade frangipane.

Lots of almond powder, a touch of sugar, organic eggs from my chickens, a touch of 100% natural vanilla extract @quosentis and a good dose of churned butter with Guérande fleur de sel.

To bring out the sublime ingredients of the filling even more, it's even better to cool it in the oven for 10-15' at 70°!
